Ordering and Payment:
All prices are correct as at the time of hosting on the website and include VAT at the standard rate (17.5%) but are subject to change without notice due to variations in the exchange rate, the rate of duty and/or silver price.
If any of the products on your order are out of stock or temporarily unavailable, we will contact you with details regarding the items approximate delivery time.

The payment for products is made through Paypal and the Paypal Shopping Cart as this is one of the most secure and trusted online payment systems. You do not have to have a Paypal account to make a payment, you can simply use your Credit/Debit card. However, you will be given the option to set up a Paypal account after making your first purchase. This will benefit you in that all further transactions you make will be recorded for your own reference.
Setting up a Paypal account is free and easy and we do recommend this, but ultimately, it is up to you.

Ring Sizes:
As stated on all of the ring pages, the rings we supply come in US sizes 7, 8 and 9 (approximately equivalent to UK sizes O, Q and S).
If you are unsure of your particular ring size, most High Street jewellers will measure your finger size free of charge.

Delivery and Returns:
We do not have a minimum order value but please note that postage will be charged on all deliveries according to the following:

Faulty Goods:
We wil gladly exchange faulty goods to the value of the original cost within 7 days of purchase providing that the item is returned to us together with its original packaging and receipt. We regret that we are unable to exchange goods unless they are faulty.

Hallmarks:
All our jewellery is made from sterling silver and carries the 925 convention stamp. This guarantees the purity of the metal and means that a minimum of 92.5% of the metal is pure silver.
