How to see and read the Aura:

The Aura is a blueprint of our history, health, moods, characteristics and emotions. Different levels of conciousness appear as colours that are ever-moving, ever-changing and intermingling with each other. The healthy, well-balanced Aura will show clear, bright colours whereas the emotionally disturbed or unhealthy person will have dull, murky colours.

Each of us has an energy field (Aura) around us. Learn how to see and interpret the colours that make up this energy field and know how to use that knowledge to your benefit in your everyday life.

How to choose and use Crystals:

People are able to use Crystals to help themselves to re-attune their own energy fields and thus help to alleviate many of the physical, emotional and mental problems faced by us in our day-to-day lives.

Amanda has a good working knowledge of crystals and is able to offer advice on which crystals could be of benefit to the client to enable the healing process to be continued whilst the client goes about their everday life.
